Are there age restrictions?
Yes. Guests of the VR-Arena must be at least 8 years old.
Can I wear my glasses?
Yes, most standard frames (without a teardrop shape) fit under the VR headset.
Alternatively, contact lenses are recommended.
What should I wear?
We recommend comfortable clothing and footwear. For the virtual high ropes course, sturdy shoes are required.
What experiences can I expect in the Triberg VR-Arena?
We offer an AR Escape Room, a VR high ropes course including an accessible option for wheelchair users, and a VR paragliding flight.
Do I need to bring anything?
No, you don’t need to bring anything or have prior experience.
Can I visit spontaneously?
We strongly recommend booking in advance to secure your spot. Walk-ins are only possible if there are still available slots. In such cases, you may need to wait.
Can I visit without VR experience?
Absolutely! Our VR Arena is suitable for everyone—whether you’re a beginner or a VR pro! Our team will explain everything and ensure your comfort.
How do I book my ticket?
Through our webshop. Just follow the “Ticketshop” button and follow the instructions.
Can I cancel my visit?
In general, there is an unrestricted right of withdrawal up to 15 minutes after booking, meaning you can cancel your visit free of charge.
Up to 48 hours before your visit: conversion into a voucher or free rescheduling*
Up to 24 hours before your visit: no voucher conversion, only free rescheduling*
Up to 12 hours before your visit: no voucher conversion, only rescheduling for the
same visit day*
From 12 hours before your visit: no voucher conversion and no rescheduling
possible**
*Rescheduling is always subject to availability. A specific date cannot be guaranteed.
** If availability permits, the ticket time slot can be adjusted once on the actual day of
your visit to an earlier or later time. This arrangement is made by phone and only in
exceptional cases.
Can I visit the Triberg VR-Arena alone?
Yes, all our experiences can be booked or enjoyed individually. The only exception is our AR Escape Room, which is offered as a group experience for 2 to 5 people.
How much time should I plan for?
That depends on the experience you book.

The times listed already include buffer time for putting on and taking off the equipment, as well as the briefing.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes, that’s allowed. Please note that food and drinks may only be consumed in the entrance area. Once you enter the experience area, food and drinks are not allowed to ensure the protection of our equipment.
There is also a vending machine in the entrance area offering water and soft drinks for your convenience.
Can I gift a voucher?
Of course – ou can purchase and gift a voucher through our webshop!
I have the “B” designation in my disability ID. Does my accompanying person have to pay admission?
If the accompanying person does not wear a VR headset and is there to assist and accompany you, they do not have to pay admission. If your accompanying person wears a VR headset while assisting and accompanying you, then they must pay for admission.
